Energized by cultural pride and a progressive outlook on the Filipino-Canadian experience, KULTURA Filipino Arts Festival has captured the broader Toronto public for over a decade with its innovative programming of live performances, traditional and modern cuisine, curated interactive art installations and a bustling marketplace. 

The festival began as a small Kensington Market BBQ with no budget and has grown to a mainstream, multi-venue and multi-day city festival with public funding, partnership, and over 15,000 attendees from diverse communities.
